The functions are the same as of the original Canon BG-E6. Buttons include full press/ half press shutter release, AF button, exposure lock, dial wheel and battery grip on/off button. It can hold six size AA / LR6 alkaline batteries or 1-2 LP-E6 Li-ion batteries, doubling the battery capacity of your camera. The shutter release button on the battery grip makes shooting with the camera in a vertical position much easier, adding stability to the camera. E11 grip uses the same raw material as the camera body, it has the same feature of waterproof and dust proof as the camera through sealing application.
